  • How do I add a network to my mobile wallet?

Please follow these instructions to add a network on MetaMask (iOS/Android):

  1. Open the MetaMask app and tap on the network name at the top of the screen.

  2. A list of networks will be displayed, tap Add Network

  3. Tap the Custom networks tab, then enter the network details for your network. You can find this here.

  4. Review the network information, then tap Confirm to complete the addition of your network.

  5. Once set up, you can switch to your network in MetaMask

  • The minted NFT is not shown on my wallet.

Please follow these instructions to import NFT on Metamask:

  1. Find the NFT's address. Check the list of addresses for the NFT collection on the networks supported by the bridge. Verify the collection name and the network and copy the address.

  2. In MetaMask Mobile or Extension, click on the 'NFTs' tab, scroll down and select the 'Import NFTs' link.

  3. Paste the NFT's address from your clipboard into the 'Address' box.

  4. Find the NFT's ID.

  5. Paste the ID into the box marked 'ID' in MetaMask, tap on the 'Import' button, and your NFTs should now appear under the NFTs tab.

  • My NFTs are not shown in the bridge interface

  1. Scroll to the top of the NFT Bridges website and check the top right corner for address of the connected wallet.

  1. Confirm the address as the owner of the NFT(s) you want to bridge.

  2. If the address is different, disconnect and connect to the wallet with the right address.

  3. If the address is correct, and the NFTs are still not appearing, right click on the webpage and click Inspect.

  4. Go to Console in the Dev tools that appear and copy/screenshot any logs that you find.

  5. Go to support and Open a ticket with this information. Our developers will get back to you.
