Bridge an NFT

Bridging an NFT from Astar to Soneium

• Navigate to the Bridge’s website. https://testnets.nftbridges.xyz

• Click the “Connect wallet” button

• You will get an email login prompt. Enter your email address and hit the “continue” button.

• Check your inbox and click on the Magic link email and follow the steps to login.

• Once logging into the bridge, click the “Bridge Now” button.

• Select the chains between bridge you want to bridge your NFT and click the “Continue Bridging” button.

• Connect your Metamask wallet to the bridge.

• Click on the “Confirm” button on Metamask.

• Select the “AstarDegens” collection from the 'Select NFT Collection' dropdown.

• Choose the NFT you want to transfer and hit the “Continue Bridging” button.

• Hit the “Transfer NFT” button.

• Confirm the approval transaction in Metamask.

• Confirm the NFT transfer in Metamask

• When the transaction is happening, you will be presented with two links

  • A link to track the CCIP Transaction scan and see when the transaction is done. (CCIP average transaction time is about 20 minutes)

  • A link to Soneium Blockscout explorer. Where you can check the status of your NFT on Polygon

Congratulations. You just moved your NFT from Astar to Soneium !! Currently a maximum of 9 NFTs will be displayed and can be bridged at a time. The rest of your NFTs will be shown only after these 9 are bridged. These are because of gas and JSON RPC provider constraints. We are working on ways to bypass this. For more info go here.
