Troubleshooting issues when claiming bridge rewards

The bridge offers various rewards too users who use our platform to bridge NFTs

Following are some of the issues you might face and how to troubleshoot them

Insufficient collection balance

The rewards contract has not been deposited with the required balance. The contract gets supplied with tokens regularly. To know the next cycle of token supply check out our discord community.

Rewards are not displayed

Rewards are dispersed in batches called epochs. Each epoch has rewards/refunds for bridging transactions that occured during a specific time period. The batches are determined based on the number of transactions on the bridge. Everytime a new epoch is updated, the NFT Bridges community is informed on discord. Rewards in the previous epoch can also be claimed, if unclaimed. If your transaction is part of an epoch but you are not able to claim any rewards, please contact us.
